Uno Mega Menu · Effective July 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of Uno Mega Menu ("the app") on your Shopify store. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
What the app does
The app lets you build mega menus, dropdowns and tab menus for your storefront. Depending on your plan, it also includes a broken-link checker, storefront translations and a shipping progress bar.
Plans, billing and trials
The app offers a free plan and three paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's own billing system, at the price and on the schedule shown at checkout. Each paid plan includes a 14-day trial. You can change plans or cancel at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app ends billing at the close of the current billing period. Refunds and proration are handled under Shopify's own billing terms, not this document.
Your store, your content
You own the content of your store, including the menus you build with the app. See the Privacy Policy for what the app stores and why.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose and within Shopify's own Acceptable Use Policy and App Store requirements. Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
Service availability
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for outages caused by Shopify, your own hosting or events outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of any kind. Liability for any claim tied to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Access can be suspended or ended for a breach of these terms or of Shopify's own policies. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published at this address with an updated effective date.
